By registering with us, you are confirming that your business is not a Prohibited Business. Any account using the Fundbox Services in connection with a Prohibited Business is subject to immediate termination.
Prohibited Businesses include:

- Pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, imagery and other media)
- Sites offering any sexually-related services such as prostitution, escorts, pay-per view, adult live chat features
- Sale of firearms or ammunition
Online gaming and gambling
- Bidding fee auctions
- Sports forecasting or odds making
- Fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes
- Internet gaming
- Contests
- Sweepstakes
- Games of chance
Direct Marijuana Related Businesses - including businesses that generally manufacture, distribute or dispense marijuana (i.e., they directly touch the plant) and are generally a state-licensed marijuana business.
- Marijuana dispensaries
- Marijuana cultivation (growers)
- Marijuana oil production (i.e. THC extractors)
- Marijuana infused product producers (edibles)
Money Services Businesses (MSBs) and financial institutions
- Money transmitters
- Check cashing
- Wire transfers
- Money orders
- Currency exchanges or dealers
- Bail bonds
- Collections agencies
- Banks
- Insurance agencies
- Investment companies
- Venture capital
- Lenders
- Law firms collecting funds for any purpose other than to pay fees owed to the firm for services provided by the firm
- Nonprofit organizations
