We work hard to create a respectful, diverse, inclusive culture. Here are a few of the ways we do that.
We’re an Israeli-founded company with headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Dallas and Tel Aviv. This gives us the opportunity to collaborate across cities, countries, and teams. We embrace our status as a multicultural community, and enjoy learning from one another’s perspectives.
Fundbox Cares is a quarterly opportunity for employees to connect with each other and the local community. Past initiatives include volunteering at San Francisco-Marin Food Bank and La Casa de las Madres, a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.
We know women are underserved by the financial industry (and even wrote a book about it). We aim to be part of the solution, both in how we serve customers, and how we support our team. In San Francisco, we created Women of Fundbox (WoF) to better support women at work.
This employee resource group gives female employees and allies a place to meet, share knowledge, and advocate for growth in their fields and within the company. In Tel Aviv, we regularly sponsor and participate in communities like Women Hack, dedicated to helping women further their careers in tech.
