How much does Fundbox Plus cost?

Fundbox Plus is $99/month. Fundbox Plus renews automatically every month and can be canceled at any time.

How do I pay for Fundbox Plus?

Once you upgrade to Fundbox Plus, we will automatically debit your monthly fee from the bank account you use to repay draws on your credit line. Debits will be made on the same date each month, starting with the date you upgraded your account.

For example, if you upgraded on October 17, your next debit will be on November 17.

In the Upgrades area of your dashboard, you will see your next payment date in the Overview tab. You can see a complete history of your past payments in the Payments tab.

Can I pay for Fundbox Plus with a credit card instead of ACH?

Not currently. We will debit the same business checking account that you use to make payments on draws for your monthly Fundbox Plus payments. We may add other payment options in the future.

Can I cancel Fundbox Plus anytime? Is it easy to cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Fundbox Plus area of your dashboard. You must cancel before 12pm (noon) ET on the last day of the current billing period to ensure that you will not be debited for the following month.

For example, if you do not want to be debited on November 1, you must cancel your plan by 12pm (noon) ET on October 31.

Canceling Fundbox Plus will not impact your outstanding draws.
