We're looking for a talented Sr Salesforce Developer to join our exceptional team help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. In this position on our RevOps team, you will have an opportunity to build scalable and reliable solutions that drive efficiency across our business. You'll need a strong technical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and/or a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows and integrations.

  • Proficient in Sales Cloud, database concepts, SOQL, SQL, web services, and APIs.

  • Experience in Salesforce integrations using middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integration platforms.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

  • Expertise in using Visual Studio Code for Salesforce development, debugging, and deployments.

  • Strong background in Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or ANT Migration Tool.

  • Strong object-oriented development skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and governor limits

  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment

  • Strong sense of ownership, team-oriented, self-motivated, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize

  • Comfortable navigating conflicting priorities and ambiguous problems

  • Operate effectively under minimal supervision

  • Capable of supporting strategic initiatives

  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including email marketing, automations, journey builder and data management is preferred

  • Salesforce App Builder Platform Developer II Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable solutions following best practices using Configuration and Customization - Lightning, Platform Events, Flows, APEX, Visualforce, Web Services, API  etc.

  • Develop, test, deploy and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation by partnering closely with the business analysts, cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and consultants

  • Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using change sets

  • Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of issues in the production system

  • Follow coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code

  • Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining the accuracy of technical specifications

  • Effectively document technical designs

  • Communicate how solutions optimally map to the original business requirements and provide product demonstration of developed solutions

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations
