As Director of Product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for key product initiatives that drive Fundbox’s growth. You’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, risk, design, and business development teams to launch and scale products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong execution skills.

Requirements
6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling products, preferably in fintech
Experience pulling and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools such as Python, Excel, and Tableau
Strong social skills and experience collaborating on cross-functional projects with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights clearly and succinctly to executive leadership
Ability to work with ambiguous problems, deconstructing it into tangible steps, and working towards an impactful solution
Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing projects of varying size and complexity
The flexibility and curiosity to seek out resources for and learn about topics and concepts outside of your domain
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields
Responsibilities
Drive successful product launches with end-to-end ownership of each project
Own the P&L for your product area, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and efficient capital deployment.
Partner with engineering, marketing, and credit teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans
Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities and understand market trends
Perform data analyses to measure product and feature performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and assess results of product tests and launches
Engage directly with partners to understand their business needs, pain points, capabilities, and limitations
Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs in product decisions
Build and mentor a high-performing product team as Fundbox scales.

Compensation
We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000- $250,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
