Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with technical roles.
- Versatile ability to hire multiple different functions.
- Broad experience both in-house and agency is a plus
- Experience working with a fast-paced company
- Strong negotiation skills
- Passion for creating the best possible candidate experience
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
Responsibilities
- Help drive Fundbox’s recruitment efforts across all functions.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: opening a requisition to extending an offer.
- Actively source top talent using a blend of recruiting skills and platforms.
- Leverage diverse recruiting strategies to source and attract the best talent for Fundbox.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand what it will take to find the best fit for their team.
- Ensure our ATS is accurate and compliant
- Establish and uphold trusting partnerships with Hiring Managers, Executives, and Hiring Teams.
- Occasionally provide support to the broader People Team assisting with projects and initiatives as needed.
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $118,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
