We’re looking for a talented Sr. Business Analyst to join our team to lead Search Engine Marketing - including Paid Search (Google/Microsoft), SEO, and website optimization. You will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to optimize our Paid and Organic SEM programs - while also leading testing, reporting, analytics and forecasting across channels. You will partner with Paid Search specialists, media agencies, our content team, and site team to bring program strategies to life.
In this role, you will
- Build analytical infrastructure to monitor existing SEM program performance
- Deploy ROI-based bidding across Paid Search program
- Optimize channel performance through structural improvements and Test & Learn strategies (copy, messaging, creative)
- Optimize and refine program leveraging audience-based capabilities (ie Remarketing)
- Develop insightful analysis across channels to further a customer-back learning agenda
- Ultimately be accountable for overall channel performance and growth
You should have
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role
- 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing
- Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced technical skills - SQL and Excel proficiency required, R/Python experience a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Strong sense of ownership and business intuition
- BS / MS - quantitative disciplines (Mathematics / Statistics/ Engineering or a related discipline) preferred
- Financial services experience
- Experience with Kenshoo Portfolio Optimizer
