A lil bit about the Rockstar team you will be working with….

No cold calling or hunting for leads in this role!  Throughout the day you will be assigned hot leads of businesses who recently expressed interest in a Fundbox line of credit but did not complete the application. You will reach out to these leads and help them complete the application with the end goal of obtaining a funding decision.

Our sales cycle is short and you can realize the immediate impact of your influence.

Our CX org is located in Dallas, SF, NYC, and Atlanta. For 2022, our People continue to have the option to work from home, though our offices in Dallas, SF, and NYC are open on a voluntary basis!

A day in the life of an Onboarding specialist…

  • Create a world class customer experience for all applicants with every client interaction (phone & email)
  • Reach out to potential customers and assist them in getting through the application process
  • Answer questions about Fundbox products and services
  • Understand our clients needs and making sure they apply for the right products and services
  • Partner with various internal teams (credit, legal, compliance, business development) to address complex issues and come up with resolutions.
  • Work hard, celebrate your accomplishments, and have a great work/life balance.

You should have:

  • At least 2 years of sales development experience or 1 year of account management experience.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University is a plus
  • Ability to be a quick thinker and learner.
  • A high degree of work ethic and a positive can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • SDR / phone sales experience is a plus
  • Customer success experience is a plus.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.
  • Tech company experience is a plus.
