Fundbox

The last few weeks have been busy for the team here at Fundbox. Here’s a quick roundup of our latest news and announcements that we’re excited to share.

Fundbox Announces Integration Partnership with Eventbrite

This month, Fundbox unveiled our newest integration partnership with leading event organizer platform Eventbrite.

You can now find Fundbox in Eventbrite Spectrum, a marketplace where you can find over 100 extensions for applications and services to help you power and grow your event planning and production business.

“At Fundbox, we are committed to reducing any unnecessary financial friction that can disrupt or prevent event creators from reaching their goals,” said Sasha Dobrolioubov, Senior Manager of Business Development for Fundbox. “One way we can help avoid disruption is by bringing our credit services directly to any event organizers’ point of need.  Now, any Eventbrite customer who might need to tap into a business line of credit will have convenient access to Fundbox from within Eventbrite. If there are any unanticipated expenses, Fundbox can provide access to short-term financing with a click of a button.”

Find Fundbox as a Featured extension right now, or in the Finance section of Spectrum.

Media Coverage of the New Fundbox Eventbrite Integration

  • Fundbox Integrates With Eventbrite To Bring Event Financing To Event Creators (ExhibitorOnline): “79% of brands say they will execute more event and experiential programs this year compared to last. As the event industry continues to grow, so do the financial needs associated with event marketing activations. …Now with Fundbox, qualified Eventbrite customers can quickly access event financing right from within their Eventbrite workflow.”
  • Fundbox Partners with Eventbrite to Provide Credit to Event Organizers (deBanked): “Fundbox Chief Business Officer Sebastian Rymarz told deBanked that event planners for small businesses often have to lay out a lot of money up front – to secure a venue, rent equipment or pay for a performer – before they get paid through ticket sales later. “There’s this mis-timing between expenses and revenue,” Rymarz said. “There’s an acute need and we’re able to serve [event creators] by providing them with access to capital to fund those events.”
  • Fundbox Links With Eventbrite For Events Financing (PYMNTS): “We’re excited to welcome Fundbox into our partner community as an option for event creators who require additional capital to grow their business,” said Eventbrite Vice President of Platform Product Gilad Horev in a statement. “With this integration, event creators of all sizes can connect Fundbox to their Eventbrite account and leverage their historical sales data to qualify for a loan that they can use to reserve a larger venue, hire more staff or reach more attendees.”
  • Eventbrite Links up With Fundbox (Ticketing Business): “Customers can now select the Fundbox extension located in the Eventbrite marketplace and install it to their account. Once installed, Eventbrite customers can use the Fundbox extension to connect their business bank account without leaving Eventbrite. Fundbox renders a credit decision and, if approved, makes funds available as soon as the next business day.”
