Job description

Fundbox is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will monitor and manage on an ongoing basis the reliability of our systems by working with engineering teams to resolve customer and production issues, doing this by using and\or building tools to handle common or known issues\requests.

  • Manage escalations and work with R&D to resolve them
  • Document solutions and knowledge using leading techniques, notes and formats
  • Customer Oriented
  • Participate in 24\7 on-call responsibility.

 Desired skills and experience

  • 4+ years of experience in large scale startups technical support or a similar position
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with a cloud environment (AWS ECS a big advantage)
  • Experience with Web Applications in a microservices environment (Python web servers an advantage).
  • Experience with Python, Bash
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent service-oriented skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
