We’re looking for a talented Manager of FP&A to join our exceptional team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. In this position on our finance team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our operational model which is the basis for financial and growth decision-making at Fundbox.  This is a high-visibility position in which you will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and present your analysis to leadership.

In this role, you will:

• Own the entire Fundbox operational model including projecting lead conversion, revenue, transaction growth, headcount planning, operating costs, etc.
• Manage and build financial planning process, including company budget, financial forecast (including variance analysis) and re-forecasting where necessary
• Provide detailed analysis of monthly and quarterly growth KPIs and communicate variances and key drivers to management
• Work as an individual contributor, but closely with leadership to formulate both company wide goals and specific team goals.
• Build strong relationships with members of internal teams: Product, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, etc.
• Manage miscellaneous FP&A and strategic finance projects as needed

You should have:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Analytics, investment banking, consulting, transaction services or similar finance role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Math, Engineering, or Accounting
• Start-up and/or financial services experience is a plus
• Financial modeling experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; Google Drive experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to see the big picture in a mid-stage startup environment
• High comfort level with data tools & scripting (Tableau, SQL) in a data self-service culture
• Ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to learn with a “get things done” mentality
• Ability to summarize and effectively communicate actionable business insights to management
• Certifications and master’s degrees are a plus, but not required
