It’s been an awesome month for Fundbox: last week, our team announced the availability of a new program called Fuse.
For background: Fuse enables any business SaaS provider to integrate access to Fundbox credit services with just three lines of code. This means, with a super lite integration, our partners can turn their applications into multi-service platforms, offering seamless access to credit services right from within their own workflows. Fuse is great for our SaaS partners, helping make their experiences more feature-rich, and great for their customers, who can now access credit when they need it most.

Fuse is yet another good example of how Fundbox is democratizing access to credit and credit services. We recognize that running a small business is hard, but having access to small business credit shouldn’t be. In fact, having consistent cash flow and the ability to access credit when needed, are two of the biggest issues that small business owners face.
When it comes to cash flow, many small business owners are being held captive by their accounts receivables when customers don’t pay their invoices on time. This damned if you do, damned if you don’t reality means a tough choice: either you run the risk of annoying your customers by badgering them to pay their invoices on time, OR you stay silent, forced to scramble to keep the lights on until you get paid.
Neither option is ideal. Both offer a clear reason why on-demand access to credit services is so important for small business owners. We developed Fuse to be a win/win for our integration partners and the small businesses they serve everyday.
